Session Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so more than a day ahead of time so we can try to fill the vacancy. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, it remains your responsibility to pay in full for the time booked.

Consideration must be given. It takes time to prepare the room. Therefore, minimum session bookings are three hours.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refunded if a session cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the session. No refund is made if a session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to a session. Masters are held until full payment is made.

Booking Time on Hold
If you desire a block of time be put on hold in order to confirm after your own scheduling is complete, we will hold the time without requiring a deposit until someone else calls. If someone else requests to schedule the same time we will then call you and allow you 24 hours to confirm.

Helpful Hints
Please arrive at the studio on time. If scheduling permits try to deliver drums and acoustic instruments the night before. This allows the instruments to acclimate to the humidity and temperature level of the studio, reducing tuning problems.

Be sure to bring a tuner to your session.

Although modern multi-tracking techniques can open up doors as far as layering and adding tracks. Try not to over do it! Remember, less is more!

Have copies of your lyric sheets for the engineers and producers. Not only does this help the engineer become familiar with your songs, it will also increase the ease of communication between the artist and production staff.

Recording in the studio can be very exciting. Most people love to share that excitement with friends and family, but a crowded session will only lead to confusion. It will also reduce the amount of concentration and productivity the engineer has during your session.
